[Cancel the order or Exchange the item (Before ship out)]
 1) Cancel the order
  - If you want, We can help you to cancel the item or whole order!
  - If you want to apply exchange or cancel, Please ask to us in 1:1 inquiry or E-mail.
  - We can help you when the package did not ship out yet! (Product sourcing)
    If the staus of the order is not product sourcing, We cannot help you exchange or cancel.
 
 2) Exchange the item
  - If you want to change the color or size, We can help you to change the size or color!
    (But The replace item is not possible in our system)
  - If you want, Please ask us in 1:1 inquiry or E-mail
  - We can help you when the package did not ship out yet! (Product sourcing)
    If the staus of the order is not product sourcing, We cannot help you exchange or cancel.
 
 3) Change the address in order sheet
  - If you want to change the address. Please let us know in E-mail or 1:1inquiry.
  - We can help you when the package did not ship out yet! (Product sourcing)
    If the staus of the order is not product sourcing, We cannot help you exchange or cancel.
 
 4) If the customer order the out of stock item.
  The SKONO is trying to do our best to ship package out to customer!
  But It is possible that the item is out of stock because of excessive number of orders ,problem with fabric and so on.
In this case, The process will be done as a customer's option what customer choose in order.
 - If you choose the option, cancel the out of stock item and send others to customer, We will cancel and ship your package out without out of stock item!
 - If you choose the option, Please confirm me, We will send email to you! At this time, You can cancel whole order or item!
